I just finished watching the first season of 'Person of Interest', and I'm proud to say that the film industry, nowadays, have immensely failed us. We now live in an era where sex is what producers think the audience wants. Maybe some people do want that, but I assure you there are others, just like me, who don't want to be flooded with sex scenes 24/7. I haven't been able to find a good series that is not solely focused on sex, and to be frank, its getting boring. Furthermore, why is it that it is so easy to predict what is going to happen next? I find myself watching modern movies and series as the director rather than the viewer. Stumbling on the 'Person of Interest' series was one of the things that made me remember why I love cinema. It left me on my toes, wanting to see more and know what would happen next. Watching the last episode of the the first season was an such a refreshing experience which was much needed for me. If you are interested in sci-fi and action, I definitely recommend it!!
