So I just spent a day and a half in the hospital which I hate with a passion and due to covid I was physically alone on this plane. Now I have a Jakos Demented who can't stand hospitals at all but he stayed right by my side and kept me from crying when they drew blood....I have never been more honored to be his companion.

So ive been sorta working with a moose spirit that found me. Ive been doing tons of research for a long time and this is the first time I've allowed myself to reach out to a friendly spirit. He is very quiet and I only recently learned his name. Ive been trying to practice astral projection but am having a hard time for one reason or another. Any tips for that would be awesome. And or tips for manifesting spirits so I can start to see and hear him better cuz rn I only use a pendulum to commune.
Practice like I mentioned in another post. Research various methods and so on, off the top of my head I can't think of something but I know places offer aids for such things myself included and my partner teaches a class on my discord server if your interested. Astrals not hard for me nor is seeing and hearing so I'm not always the best at helping with suggestions.
About shufflemancy, do you have any tips on how to differentiate random song shuffles to songs sent by companions?
I purposely ask and usually hit the shuffle button 3 times when asking a question but otherwise I just get that vibe and it usually fits with whatever I’m dealing with.

Hi there! I’ve been following you for a little bit, love your post and shop! I had a companion question. I recently connected with B, however I can’t feel her or hear her very well. Do you know any way I could strengthen these senses? I haven’t tried astral stuff, but any tips or resources on that as well would be awesome! Thank you!
Well aside from practicing such methods for communicating(personally I like the card practice method) I would say definitely try alternatives for communicating. Pendulum, Auto writing, Tarot etc
Now for astral things personally I offer spells to aid, a astrally made device that helps with astral connection and so on. It really depends on what all you wish to try.
