this blog is run by three people; Vidas, Castor and Bee. we are headmates in a DID system. Vidas is the current host, while Bee is the caretaker and Castor is one of the co-hosts.

we have autism and adhd, as well as depression and anxiety. we cope a lot with stims and such :)
