So, it came to me when I woke up this morning and I thought it deserves brainstorming. I just had to get it off my head!
DAMIAN PLAYING MINECRAFT?!
I know for sure he learned about the game from Tim.
Like, walking to the batcave on a very peaceful day and finding Tim playing Minecraft— headphones half on, still in his Red Robin suit, and tongue hanging a little from the corner in utter concentration while muttering to himself about strategic game play and "freaking skeletons!"
Dami walks in like, "Tt, wasting your time playing stupid video games like a toddler? You're pathetic, Drake."
But then he steps close because Tim hushes him in the middle of fighting some cave mobs while speedrunning survival mode and trying to build some diamond armor.
Damian would frown in disgust like, What the hell is Drake even doing? Until he sees the pixelated dog trailing after Drake's silly avatar, attacking mobs and all.
Imagine Tim and his Minecraft dog named something like "daisy" dying to a creeper, and Damian would literally stand there staring at the You died screen like;
"You're a lost cause, Drake."
Before walking away and mentally putting this "game" into his next research list.
Later that night, because it's nobody's business that he's searching up what Minecraft is on Google and questioning his own sanity for letting Tim's bad habits get into him as well.
Long story short, within a damn week, he's got the game installed on his laptop, a whole Citadel (awfully looking like The League of Assassins’ Mountain Fortress), three cats, a pack of tamed wolves fully armored, a stable of horses lined up with alphabetical order and coat patterns, and a creeper he keeps around without killing and calling it "Todd" or something.
He'll convince himself it's 'strategic stimulation' and nothing more. Would hack into Tim's game just to observe how "the idiot" manages his worlds and probably scoffs at the names Tim came up with for his pets.
He's surprisingly good at the game for someone who doesn't even play video games. Probably nailing the redstone logic with a tutorial or two.
And he has a lot of traps in the citadel he built. like arrow pressure plates, pitfall traps, and hidden passages that open only with a combination of levers he memorized— because Damian loves codes.
He's pretty secretive about it too.
"If father finds out, I'm setting Drake's phone on fire."
Obviously, Tim is the scapegoat in case Damian's little free-time habit is revealed to anyone else in the manor.
It's so doodle worthy I'm gonna put it in my to-sketch list and hopefully not be lazy enough to forget about it
p.s.
Would Damian forgive Tim for "Daisy's" death, though?
