Never forget to seperate anger and disappointment. Anger is for someone that hurted you intentional. Dissapointment is for someone close to you that hurted you unintentional. There is a big difference in what your reaction should be.

I lost my love in a sudden way. People think it's better that way. But instead of seeing your relationship die and get prepared for it. You are left with a hole. A vague feeling of loss and disbelief. You were not prepared to see it go and that's the hard part.

Every day it gets harder to get out of bed. What if on some day I cant find the motivation to get out?
