This entire fence has been pulled out of the ground and rolled up. It's still providing fertile surfaces for some nice lichens and mosses, though. #FencepostOfTheWeek
Saffron Powdercap Cystoderma amianthinum
The underside of this lichen has some textures!
Upper surface: also textures. <3
I think this one is Umbilicaria torrefacta, growing on exposed rocks in a montane environment.

Porpidia hydrophila
I have heard people mistakenly equate leafy lichens with forest life and crustose lichens with desert life, when really there are lots of crustose lichens found in pretty much every terrestrial habitat, including many extremely moist environments (there are also a good number of foliose lichens in deserts but that's another story). For example, P. hydrophila, as you might guess from the name, likes to grow on rocks regularly inundated with freshwater! It can be found on siliceous rock alongside water bodies and in moor/swamp lands. It has a smooth, pale gray and sometimes orange-tinged thallus, and large, black, convex apothecia. It looks very similar to other Porpidia species, but can be distinguished by its unique internal apothecia morphology as well as its hydrophilic tendencies.
