I ate dinner like 5 hours ago and I’m still not hungry. Something about Thanksgiving dinner dishes just makes them stick to your insides like glue.

We made homemade dinner rolls and those things somehow both make you so very full and make it so you can’t stop eating them it’s a curse and it’s so yummy

I don't know about y'all but I eat like a bird. Little bits but a lot of little bits throughout the day, I ate a lot today because I was like a birdie and the food was very easy to access. It's probably good tho because I'm trying to gain muscle for track (it's hard , high metabolism and tallness) I highly suggest "snack" plates or grazing plates if your like a bird. I also like shinies so maybe there's a bird in my brain.
