I just rewatched this movie and went straight to Tumblr.

20 something years ago I saw it for the first time and was really young. I remember this scene making me laugh my whole ass off like can't breathe type laughing when Dwayne jumps out of the car and screams his first word for the whole movie "FUUUUUCK".

Now? It was just really heartbreaking to watch 💔 I love this movie and the entire cast for all its humor and heartbreak, awkwardness and acceptance, and everything that makes up a family.

This was a legendary choice to play Her. My first thought watching the short film was 'oh no she's a baby, she was just playing a teenager in Stranger things 😭' And when she jumps on His back and gets a piggy back ride I was like, it's like a child!!

But then I'm like... WOW. Taylor really did that. Choosing Sadie was truly a reflection of her own story and it was visceral.

And pls we can't forget how Sadie absolutely wins top prize here!!!
