Rocket Co. is a big contributor to the outernet transwebportation system, meaning the trips are fast, comfortable, and convenient. The long distance high speed fiber optic rails are equipped with sleeper cars for overnight trips, diner cars, cargo holds, and VIP cars with extra leg room and privacy curtains.
Safety is extremely important at Outernet Rail. The standard cars have seats similar to those of a roller coaster, with a raised section between the legs connecting to overhead restraints that lock in place. These restraints are checked by attendants in each car before departure, and said attendants continue to be available to passengers who require any assistance. Leaving your seat independently is not permitted while the train is in motion as it is unsafe for untrained persons.

Upon the completion of the first restraint check, attendants perform a brief safety presentation, accompanied by a video which plays on the back of the seat in front of you, paired with audio that plays from the seat at either side of your head. The smooth rocking motion of the train car will help you remain aroused at all times. Please alert an attendant if you or another passenger is aroused and desperate. The train begins to move during the safety bulletin, and at the same time the raised section of the seat between passenger legs begins to vibrate very lowly. During the second loop a second restraint check is conducted by the attendants, this time with more wandering hands, more thorough inspection.
Shirts are undone, pants are unbuttoned, passengers repositioned to give them greater contact with the vibrating section of the seat, toys and bits and gags are distributed. Passengers who opt to go to a sleeper car are given different audios which play through headphones instead of speakers, and gags to prevent noisy passengers from disturbing others. Vibration patterns in the sleeper car are far more gentle, and instead of safety videos there are softly pulsing lights. Seats sway softly. Everything is designed to both give passengers improved sleep while they travel, and give them nocturnal emissions.
