i think i'm glad i held off for this one. the moment that episode ended i was struck with 10000 ideas but then i had IRL work so i was pretty distracted and all my sketches were scrap.i realised it was kind of hard to actually draw something so some of you may have already seen the drawing before this (somewhere over the rainbow) so that's my uh. celebratory end of S3 drawing? lol. it was p rough

anyway i already saw many users discussing the what-ifs of BC disappearing with the dividragon / the literal energy of the God of Destruction, and obviously corruption was on the menu!!!! and it just came to me right after finishing the SOTR......just draw a T0'd BCT!!

I was kinda debating if any blue should stay but it was obvious from the vibe i was going that no, there is no more "blue" both literally and physically left...and i wanted BCT so god dangit i'll adapt him myself. symmetry tool was goated here other wise i wouldn't even bother.

i wonder if the dividragon itself be re-adapted from the shape completely. i had intentions of making it stop looking like a dragon and have it be part of him. which kind of stops him from being a cardbot, but eh....do you need a card weapon when you're literally the god of destruction?

on hindsight now, he doesn't have much of that "corrupt" vibe going on. some more lines, or symbols maybe? im either bad at parsing this, making a design, or totally oblivious to the fact that such a heroic character turning into that = corruption DUH

it kind of leaves a very interesting question of how t0 will function in the future, if there is any new season. swords forever i guess lol.

It's my first animation project, which is why it took so long. I had to learn to animate to make it. It's only a bit over 2 minutes, but I made it the best I possibly could. Please please please watch it. I am so proud of it.

It's a trailer for my first novel- a late YA scifi/superhero book.

Is it absurd to make a fully animated book "trailer" for a book that's been out for 6 years, with voice acting and commissioned music (by the fantastic @plottwiststudios) ? I mean yes. Of course. I'm not even doing this for real marketing purposes because this is a ridiculous thing to do. I don't even really think it'll sell books but the process of making it made me really really happy.

I love my fictional disaster queers, and I love my book, and when I was a kid I thought I'd grow up to be an animator. I've always loved animation, and I really, really enjoyed making something animated myself. I'm really proud of how it turned out.
