My name isn't important for now — what matters is that I've spent years in the private transfer industry in Switzerland, and I want to use this space to share what we've built, why we built it, and what travelling well across this extraordinary country actually looks like. This is our first post, so let me start at the beginning.
Who We Are
Limousine Transfer Hire is a professional chauffeur and private limousine service based in @Switzerland. We specialise in #airporttransfers, intercity rides, #corporatetravel, #weddings, #events, and private sightseeing #tours across Switzerland and neighbouring countries.
We cover all six major Swiss airports — Zurich Airport Transfers (ZRH), Geneva, Basel, Bern, Sion, and St.Gallen Altenrhein — and we operate 24 hours a day, every single day. Early morning departures, late night arrivals, last-minute bookings — we handle all of it.
Why We Started
Honestly, because #privatetransfers in #Switzerland were inconsistent. The country is remarkable in almost every way — the punctuality, the precision, the sheer beauty of it — but the private transport industry wasn't always keeping up. Clients were getting different experiences every time. Pricing was unclear. Drivers showed up late or not at all.
I believed we could build something that matched the standards Switzerland is actually known for. Reliable, professional, transparent, and genuinely comfortable from the moment the driver arrives at your door to the moment you reach your destination.

Our Fleet
We've put a lot of thought into the vehicles we operate because the car is where the client spends the entire journey. There's no point in having a professional driver if the vehicle lets the experience down.
Our fleet includes:
Premium Economy — VW Passat or similar, for clean and comfortable everyday transfers up to 3 passengers.
Business Class — Mercedes-Benz E-Class, #BMW 5 Series, or Audi A6. The choice for executives and business travellers who want to arrive composed.
Business Van — Mercedes V-Class for groups of up to 6, with proper luggage space and no squeezing in.
Electric Class — Tesla Model X, S, Y and Mercedes EQE for clients who prefer a zero-emission journey through Switzerland's mountains.
Luxury Class — #Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Audi A8. For occasions when only the best will do.
Premium MPV — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for groups of up to 15 passengers. Corporate shuttles, wedding parties, group airport runs.
