Finally found my old external hard drive to see if it had all of the files I used for the podcast. I found that the answer is "mostly," so I'm gonna get at least a couple of the mp3s I made for background music uploaded here so I'll vaguely know where they are if my computer melts at some point.
Don't expect anything particularly polished, as I slapped these together with the expectation that they'd be only kinda-sorta audible in the background.

One of the annoying things they don't tell you about sitting on a podcast script for a year and a half is that sometimes Itch-dot-io bans pornography and so your expy of the site, Leaf-dot-aq, is no longer timely and the jokes you make about it are more sad than funny.
Clowngod Dickwalker was a manga that ran from January, 1997 to December 1997. Originally conceived as a comedic satire of giant robot anime tropes, its narrative quickly diverted from its initial course after its creator Keishi Heiwajima experienced a mental break due to a near-fatal bout of ergot poisoning. The manga focuses on would-be hero Mop Bucket and his "mech," the titular Clowngod Dickwalker, an alien parasite masquerading as a giant robot in order to feed on the willpower of its would-be pilots. While the handful of interviews with Heiwajima before his disappearance in 1998 suggest that the manga was initially intended to show the two antiheroes forming an uneasy alliance against various extraterrestrial foes, it was ended prematurely, with Clowngod Dickwalker devouring the soul of its "pilot." While Heiwajima never explained this motivation for this decision, most manga historians agree that he abandoned the storyline in order to execute his next apparent goal in life, namely, to fly to Wisconsin and dive into a cranberry bog, never to be seen again [citation needed].
A QUICK WORD ON JAMMER CATEGORIES!
We’re gonna get into this more in-depth in future episodes, but given the interest in the “which audio drama characters would make great Jammers” post, we figured we’d give a primer on this for fun, just so everyone can file their characters easier if you’re thinking of doing a KILLJAM XXX AU. Here are the three Jammer categories, and their two subcategories:
BRAWLER!
In-universe example: Faustina Fetamine.
These Jammers are all about pure skill! Whether it’s proficiency with a certain kind of martial art or a special weapon, if the character doesn’t owe their power to cybernetic assistance or a kind of inherent, beyond-human superpower, then “Brawler” is gonna be the category for them. The two subcategories for Brawlers are Armed and Unarmed, and we probably don’t need to elaborate much further on that.
ROBO!
In-universe examples: Drill-Bitch, Mother Hysteria.
These futuristic Jammers owe their combat potential to the wonders of technology! If your character is tech heavy and that’s what makes them particularly dangerous, they probably fit into the Robo category. The two types of Robo are Borg-Style and Tank-Style. Borg-Style Robos owe their power to internal cybernetic elements - like cybernetic limbs or Mother Hysteria’s combat endoskeleton. Tank-Style Robos wear a suit, whether it’s a sleek, Iron Man-style affair or a huge mech suit like Drill-Bitch.
GENE FREAK!
In-universe example: Loveta The She-Wolf.
These Jammers are built different from the DNA up, thanks to either Gene Mods or inherent genetic mutations giving them extraordinary powers! If your character has superhuman powers that don’t rely on any kind of technological assistance, in the KILLJAM XXX world, they’d be a Gene Freak. The subcategories are Dominant and Recessive. Dominant Gene Freaks always have their power passively turned on - I.e. Loveta is always a wolf lady - and Recessive Gene Freaks are Jammers who can turn their power on and off.

Hey there, I haven't used tumblr in years (and idk if your account is still active) but I've just gotta know if there is likely to be any more episodes of liminal criminals in the future? It is my favourite podcast, it's so creative and down right hilarious. It alright if not, I've gotten used to listening to the previous episodes on repeat and I get that creative passions change. Its mainly for my own sanity as i couldn't find any info anywhere on why it stopped. Thankyou again for the many, many hours of entertainment you have provided me and others :))
I've actually had an episode or two written. I just need to edit it and record it. I've just been dragging my feet on the project for a while. I hope to release them this year.

Dorngin and Dargon: The Spiral of Light and Darkness feels like it's in rather bad taste. I know that the original Dorngin and Dargon was one of the first pieces of Actual Play media, and I know that it was a cult classic on New Jersey public-access TV, but making an audio drama based around four teenagers' widely-publicized falling out crosses a line, even if they got the show's original cameraman to help write the script. I know it's not quite my place to speak on Kevin Patel's behalf, but I mean
A: Nobody knows how much Kevin's actually involved, given his recent health issues,
B: I know the showrunners say they got Michael and Garth Redd's go-ahead, but neither of them have an online presence to corroborate that information,
C: Given that Dale Redd went missing only a year before the show was announced, it seems especially iffy, and
D: The end of Season 1 was just uncomfortable. Listening to 3 nerds trying to beat the shit out of each other while the fourth one weeps and begs them to stop is just sad.
I know that a bunch of truthers say that the original TV show was staged, but I'll level with you, I've never seen socially maladjusted teenagers act so convincingly. I'm not gonna say the podcast is morally wrong, but I do feel slimy just thinking about it.
Still probably gonna listen to season 2, though

Charles Oberfeldt/Mister Breadsticks
Mister Breadsticks would be a trainer type in-game, but Oberfeldt-as-Mister-Breadsticks' team is unique to him. A reasonably formidable opponent, focused mostly on offense. Limited in scope and creativity. What's the Electrode doing there? Haha don't worry about it.

9. My three favorite podcasts are The Beef and Dairy Network, which is the primary inspiration for this podcast, Behind the Bastards, which I think most people know about, and Pretending to be People, which is a very good Actual Play podcast. Runners-up include The Magnus Archives (loved it but never finished it), I Am In Eskew (loved it, finished it, but it turned out that I had missed a lot of it because I was listening to it at work and thus got distracted. Relistening to it right now), Three Bean Salad (enjoyable, but mostly as background noise), Dungeons and Daddies (didn't keep up with the second season but Season 1 was fun), Castle Super Beast (a video gaming podcast by two Let's Players I liked back in the day), Attention Hellmart Shoppers, and uh. A lot more. Unfortunately, I did most of my more exploratory podcast listening (ie, trying to get as much variety as possible) at work pre-pandemic (ie, several years ago in a situation where I could easily miss a lot of details). I've thus forgotten a lot of what was going on in them, so I've been trying to spend more time re-listening to them and trying to get a better grip on the details.
10. I'd say so, yeah. The main difference between Liminal Criminals and the podcasts that I like is that it's predominately one-voice, but fundamentally I like a podcast that's in a world where the supernatural explicitly exists, but in a weird way that is typically unpleasant but occasionally not.
