I Feel Pretty

I think we all wish we were pretty, but who is it that can determine that?  You need to look in the mirror. 

I believe I’m beautiful simply because I’m human.  I do like to feel pretty.  I do like to fantasize what it would be like to be all girl or at least appear closer to girl than I am or could ever be.  And it would be wonderful to not only feel it, but to see prettiness on me.  Nevertheless, I have to remind myself that I am most responsible for how I perceive myself.  So, I might find myself frequently saying, “I feel pretty,” or “I want to look pretty.”  Yet, everyday I want to remind myself, “I’ve always been beautiful.” 

Be happy, healthy, and strong.  And sure, you and I (or maybe you are) may never be a genuine article of the most delightful gender, but we can be content with being a specially human...with a strong leaning toward pretty. :)

So, a friend of mine went through some stuff today and is contemplating suicide. So I made a deal with them.
