I wanted to make a character based off of analogue horror monsters, but instead of being really creepy and violent, they would just be kinda chill and silly and cute. And so, now we have her!
The first image is me coming up with some ideas for the face. Once I was happy, I moved onto what you see on the 2nd image and made up some body sketches. Once I was happy with that, I just kind of kept on doodling and refining the design until I was happy. I then discussed with some friends about her backstory and biology.

I ended up deciding that I'd want to create a dark romance story with her and her gf (Gabbie, as seen in the last image). Lucy is a succubus, which in this world are creatures born from those who commit depraved sexual acts, and are then punished by the gods (I'm thinking bestiality. If it was just rape, there'd be like a billion of these things and I want them being rarer).
Lucy was born from a human of the same name, who was very close friends with Gabby. Gabby and human Lucy were.. well.. gooners. Straight up. They reveled in being sexually active and depraved with each other. One day, human Lucy ends up going too far, behind Gabby's back. Gabby doesn't see human Lucy for a while, since human Lucy ends up being the host for succubus Lucy, who then basically bursts out of her, chest-burster style, and ends up eating human Lucy and growing into the Lucy we see now.
A succubus retains some of the memories of its host, and so succubus Lucy (who I'll just call Lucy now) naturally gravitates towards Gabby since they had a strong enough connection that she was one of the first people Lucy remembers.
Now, succubi feed off of human material. Whether it be muscle, blood, bone, semen, sweat, or even hair if they're desperate for nutrition. However, succubi, also are very attached and affectionate towards humans and are very averse to harming them. So this makes their palette limited to material that's able to grow back, like blood, semen, and sweat, as well as very small amounts of flesh.
Also, succubi will incorporate anything soft onto their wire-like bodies (which is the red muscle tissue you can see on many of the Lucy drawings). However, it doesn't have to just be muscle.. they can use cushions, leaves, garbage, or anything else that makes their bodies more curvaceous, soft, and appealing to humans, since they desperately want company and physical attention. They will grow veins into this material so it's attached to them, and they can deliver warmth as well. They also like to wear clothes to hide their less than appealing underbodies.
And so Gabby, being the gooner she is, is quite thrilled that her friend is a succubus (while not knowing where they come from). Lucy is pleased as well, since she basically has a convenient source of... "life fluid" to gobble up whenever she wants.
The story would lead to Gabby realizing how succubi are made, and this would cause her to lock in and end up taking actual care of Lucy rather than just using her as a source of pleasure. She'd teach Lucy how to cook (even though succubi physically cannot digest anything that isn't from a human), clean, take care of herself, and communicate with other people, since Gabby can't be there all the time to give Lucy the attention she desperately craves (as well as the nutrients).
The story in general would explore sexual depravity as a whole, and how a more modern society allows for people to do, and think about, depraved things. Being a sexual person isn't inherently bad. You can jork your peenit all you want. It's just easy for people to slip into bad mindsets and become too comfortable with certain things that are more normalized through porn, when they shouldn't be. Even if what they're seeing isn't real, it's probably not a great idea to even somewhat normalize or rationalize not only looking at, but actively enjoying certain things. (ie, children, animals, gore, and unconsenting partners in sexual scenarios)
