If you are comfortable and feel supported without a bra, then yout totally don't have to wear one. It's really just personal preference/however you feel comfortable! I wear one with my cinchers, but if the corset is tall, i frequently feel like it gives me enough support on it's own. Some women prefer overbust corsets to bras altogether and find them to be very supportive I hope this helps! 😊

I don't think it's weird, but my family definitely does. I have been surprised at how many people think it's cool actually. Most people my age who I share my corsets with think they're neat, and even if they don't have any interest in wearing them themself, they tend to be supportive of my decision to wear whatever I want.I personally think that if you want to wear something, you should, and if someone is rude to you based on what you wear, that reflects poorly on them, not you. I would reccomend doing some research though, so that you have some information to share with people who may be concerned or curious about your corsets. Lucy corsetry on YouTube is an amazing resource and i totally reccommend checking it her channel if you haven't already. Anyway, i hope this helps!

I don't, unfortunately. Due to the amount of work that goes into making a corset and the cost of materials, custom corsets are expensive! However if you're looking for a first corset, there are off the rack brands that make some really good corsets and if you can find one that matches your measurements they can be a really great option for someone with a limited budget. The brand that I have the most experience with is mystic city corsets, and they offer a lot of different shapes and sizes. I totally reccommend checking it out, they will have corsets in your price range. Another great brand is timeless trends, who have worked together with a handful of great corset makers. You could always also look around on etsy, because if you're lucky, you could find a sample from a corsetiere who you like that happens to match your measurements, you never know! I hope this helps!
