I'm doing artfight this year!!

Is the initial shot with Shamil taking Pyuba's hand inspired by the shot of Starlight and Twilight doing the same... (except they have hooves instead of hands lol)

actually the process for this animation was that I saw this drawing: Instagram made by @ fl.werfueled on instagram and I realised that one of my drawing was similar! :

We joked about the coincidence but after futher reflexion, it looked like they were in a continuity! So I tried to animate my drawing becoming hers (with her accord)

At first I only wanted to make a simple animation of Shami taking PV's hand, but my issue was that in my drawing, Shami is scared, but in Flower's, he is happy. I really wanted the change of emotions to be believable, so I tried to imagine what could have happened that made Shami smile? I storyboarded an idea and it became this, even tho I thought it would be just a little joke at first haha.

I finaly finished this animation!
