Also a big fan of the idea that after Dark Cacao’s awakening they just hang around the citadel and bicker/playfight/generally annoy people.

My most specific headcanon would probably be that because they’re under Dark Cacao’s command/he’s the one allowing them to remain outside of the sword, he has control over how big or small they appear. Because, I mean, obviously in battle it’s useful to have two gigantic dragons on your side, but outside of combat thats pretty inconvenient. So generally they stay around the size of a medium-ish dog (similar to the size displayed in his awakened form.)

I think Dark Cacao would grow quite fond of their presence and shenanigans over time (he’d never admit it though)
