🌹Inspiration Post🌹 Three and a half years ago, I was NOT fat by any means. In fact, I was on the lower side of my height/weight ratio. However, my diet was not the best and I would frequently binge eat out of stress, which only made matters worse. I had dreams of becoming fit and healthy, but was too lazy to act upon it. Fast forward to the present day, I am at my lowest weight in my adult life and am carving out some sick lean muscle. My dream was to have the body of a dancer, thin and graceful and strong. And just the other day, I was told that my body flows gracefully like a dancer’s. Your dreams are never as far away as they seem! Grasp them and make them a reality. Stay healthy and focused loves 💕💪🚴

5'2" 85.3 lbs BMI 15.6 ~1°2°17~ Right on the cusp of my UGW today. Very thankful. Hard work truly does pay off my friends 💪 Please take care of yourselves, and stay motivated. Don’t set goals that are too high. You can do this 💕
