Not a YA book but I absolutely love reading books that have been made into movies. I always want to see the Hollywood interpretation. It was hard to believe this book was written so long ago. The book (of course) was much better than the movie. The characters depth and the focus of embracing yourself as you are not as others would like you to be was phenomenal. The part I did not enjoy was the likening of Jesus Christ to Euclid and other great artists. That was 😫 # recommended #great book #what next (at Zachary, Louisiana)
