1) do this even if you're under 40. seriously. I definitely should have been doing something like this for years and I only turned 40 a month and a half ago
2) if you're like me just now trying this going "oh god i've only done 15 and i think my hands are cramping" start lower than 30 and increase by 5 once whatever number you're doing no longer makes your hand cramp up. I can manage about 15 per exercise at the moment.

Some things about this post since getting quite a few notes:
1. If you see this post, highly recommend taking it as an opportunity to set a timer for 15 minutes and switch over to ACTIVITY YOU ENJOY. if after those 15 minutes, you want to go back to scrolling, that's okay!
2. Huge shout out to this popping up in my notifs often, bc I do go back to activity.
3. I think there are times where scrolling is fine. Right now, for example, I'm being connected to a machine for two hours to donate plasma and platelets. Yes this is a brag but it is also a time where scrolling is one of the few things I can do. (Though I will probably also read or watch something on phone lol)
The archaeology people at my university are having a get-together so I made chocolate bone muffins for the buffet :) they were a hit at the last halloween party I went to so I hope the people there will like them too

I need to write a Spiderman klance au, except they're both Spiderman.
Like, they start out as rivals in photography class โ ("We weren't even rivals, you were just there all the time."
"Yes we were, shut up, Keith.")
And then they both end up in some random alley trying to take the best picture out of the two of the same piece of graffiti when Keith gets bit first and then so does Lance when he tries to smack the spider off him.
I'm not sure what would happen next but I think the concept would be so funny. Like, where would they go from there? Do they become co-dependent superheroes? Or do they start they're own seperate thing and hang out here and there and then eventually fall in love after graduation or something ๐คญ๐คญ.
I like to imagine they both get together to design their suits, Lance puts in the creativity while Keith brings the functionality. Neither of them know how to sew. The first outfits are horrible.
What I do know is that their powers make the photography rivalry stronger. You bet those boys are climbing the tallest buildings trying to get the best shot.
