I adore my platonic relationships in media, especially the kind of found family brother-sister relationships. Love those guys.
But because i know people will see them as romantic, i end up overly cautious seeing them in fandom spaces and the source material. I’ll watch a show and adore how two characters get along, yet watch certain scenes with fear that the writers are pushing the two together romantically. And when i see fanart of the two together im over examining the art to try and find the artists intent, and scanning the tags for a ship tag i may need to block.
And for the record this isn’t to fault anyone who does ship characters in a romantic sense that i view as platonic. I just wanted to put my thoughts out there.

getting rid of tracking in these is easy, just delete everything after the question mark and you are golden

first you have to delete at. that appears before tumblr(.)com the other tracking shit on this one has a lot more info, so please, clean app urls. after the first set of numbers, there's a / you have to delete everything after it

OHHHH this is such a difficult question........ see my favourite type for a long time was fire. But most of the starters I choose are grass I think. And I love espeon which is psychic. All of my favourites have completely different types fhshfhsjyj
I can definitely tell you my ideal team as a regular trainer: torterra, staraptor, espeon. Braixen was one of my all-time faves for a long time but it's kinda moved down on the list. None of those have any type overlap :'D
Despite loving purple and pink and mysterious vibes and all I think psychic wouldn't really fit me that much. It would probably end up being grass or fire because 1. Grass really feels like calm and happy vibes that I am told I embody, but also 2. Fire types are fucking cool and I looove roasting my enemies :33 I'm looking at fire types rn and if that was me, I would have a delphox, talonflame and female pyroar for sure (can you tell I really like Kalos) and if it was grass DEFINITELY torterra (she's my everything she was my first ever pokémon I'll always choose her) and deerling and... uh... I notice there are not that many plant types I actually really love. Maybe skiddo/gogoat, that one's cool :D

I recently encountered a post that was like "we need to bring back ask culture. reblog if you want more asks" and I greatly enjoy scrolling through the reblogs and asking random people random questions like what their favourite piece of classical music is or which breed of dog they would most likely be and reading their responses is very fun. 10/10 would recommend doing this to others

As somebody whose name contains an Umlaut, it always makes me mad when Americans people who don’t use a German keyboard layout just leave out the dots. That is not my name. :(
correct:
ä = ae
ö = oe
ü = ue
(and ß = ss)
INCORRECT:
ä = a
ö = o
ü = u
Leaving out the dots can actually change the meaning of words. Examples:
schwül: muggy, sticky
schwul: gay [homosexual]
ächten: to outlaw
achten: to regard/respect sb./sth.
schön: beautiful
schon: already, yet

so a lot of fics i read where damian is being encouraged to acclimate socially by going to school, he immediately starts like...maiming his child classmates and making them cry. which, fair based on upbringing. but have we considered the much funnier alternative.

damian: obviously not. the cerulean packaging is horrendous, but the plebeians feel strongly about the odd shapes. a small riot was broken up after recess today due to differing opinions on the animation they were based upon.

the absolute DELIGHT that fills me at the thought of damian looking at the culture of an elementary school, the social intricacies and such, and thinking "i can work with this". there is so much potential. jason being weirdly proud of the legwork the kid put in to find the right products and prices to make a profit. tim sneaking WE spreadsheets under his door like offerings to a forest cryptid that needs enrichment. cass sneaking random trinkets into his school bag to see what random item he comes back with in exchange because it entertains her. duke keeping his books for him because he's obviously going to encourage his little bros entrepreneurial spirit, bruce, get a grip.
