Your wife has told you that she wants you to move out so that she and her boyfriend can have the house to themselves. She's not planning to divorce you -- which you are very grateful for -- but instead wants to keep you as a source of financial support for her and her boyfriend.
You appreciate that they are willing to give you a small allowance so that you won't be homeless, and in fact, should have enough to pay for a room and have enough left over for food. You doubt you'll ever be able to eat out again though, or have money for entertainment, but your two jobs will keep you so busy that you would not have time for anything anyway, and although they are already planning several luxurious trips together, you will also be much too busy working to ever think about taking a vacation yourself again.
But it does please you immensely that all of your sacrifices will be in the service of making life better for the woman who is the one true love of your life. “Thank you sweetheart" you then say to her. "Thank you for taking everything for you and your lover. I know that you're so much happier with him than you ever were with me, so I'm very grateful that all that we had is now yours, and grateful that you are willing to permit me to devote my little life to serving the two of you."
Your wife smiles at you and laughs. "Good boy. Yes -- you should be grateful. Devoting yourself 24/7 to serving me and my lover is what gives some meaning and purpose to your life. You're very lucky to be able to be able to work to please us."
