accomplishments. this leads to laziness and a need for validation that may or may not be earned. and thats it. people are taught to think they are beautiful without trying to be beautiful, and due to the fact that being thin and pretty is just as prized here as anywhere else, the fat people (especially those in the lower class) get screwed over, and instead of changing themselves (many dont know anything but their shit lifestyle) they just become narcissistic.
