You will need:

1 enthusiastically consenting lee

1 smartphone

Almost definitely some solid but comfortable restraints

Some tickle tools if you’re that way inclined

Instructions:

- Restrain the lee horizontally, facing upwards, checking that they’ll be comfortable for a while. Turn off your phone’s automatic screen lock, turn on the sound, and go to randomtimers.com:

- Set the timer alert to go off at random, minimum time 30 seconds, maximum time 3 minutes (you can choose 20 seconds to 2 minutes if you prefer a faster pace) and to reset itself once done. Check that it’s definitely working - it can take a few tries for new parameters to kick in, so try setting it between 3 and 5 seconds if you need to test it quickly 👍🏻

- Start the clock and begin to worship the lee’s tummy with whatever sensations they love to feel. Soft kisses trailing across their lower tummy, gentle nibbles at the squish of their sides and hips, slow dreamy circular belly rubs, careful kneading of their softest areas, a tongue swirling inside their belly button … whatever you know will bliss them out completely 🥰

- When the timer sounds, instantly switch to intense, torturous tickles! (Safety note: “intense and torturous” does NOT mean “squeeze and prod to the point of pain”. Too many lee friends send me pictures of post-session bruises, welts and scratches asking “is this normal?” 😞) Just wreck them to the moon and back, and do not let up until the timer sounds again (or you hear a safeword, obviously) 🔔

- When the timer does go off, return to worshipping and soothing their poor ticklish tummy, telling them how well they did … until it goes off again 😈

- Go back and forth as many times as you like. Obviously this can be adapted for foot tickles and worship, or any spot(s) really … I just happen to be a midriff maniac 🤷🏻‍♂️

- Stop the timer and finish with some “off the clock” gentle, soft belly love as aftercare 🥰

It’s such a great melting pot for producing unforgettable session moments. Neither the ler or the lee knows when the alert will go off next, or how kind/mean the gods of fate will be in terms of worship time vs tickle time over the course of the game. The aim is to do such a good job during the worship stage that the lee has completely relaxed and switched their brain off when the alarm sounds 😈 Their blessed, gasping relief when the tickling finally gives way to worship, followed by utter despair/horror/fury when the torture begins again (sometimes after only 30ish seconds), is what ler dreams are made of 😁

Scrolling your Tumblr together while I trace a lone nail back and forth from one hipbone to the other. All while you try to resist, or can't help but giggle.

Having that "😲" with a smile while I find out all your ticklish loves, your deepest ticklish fantasies, ticklish thoughts that make you blush, teasing you in mock sympathy about every last discovery I find.

And then using them all to wreck you.

what? didn't you want to be tickled? i won't stop until you say it- "i want to be tickled." the whole word! no hiding your blush behind that word! tick-le!

Anyone who's ticklish is absolutely adorable... I don't make the rules.

But there's something so beautiful about ticklish men. Allowing people who've been conditioned to be "tough" to just melt into you. Seeing the masks slip when they realise those expectations don't exist here.

Seeing them soften. Feeling them sink into you. Having them feel safe enough to let you tie them up and have your ticklish way with them. Seeing them try to fight it, the way they've been conditioned to fight vulnerability. And then Seeing the facade crack because they're just too ticklish to keep it up. Seeing those pretty smile. Hearing those adorable giggles. Watching the squirms.

Men being broken by wriggling fingers or soft feathers. Men squealing, kicking their feet, begging and babbling. Teasing them and watching them blush. Praising them and watching their brains short circuit because they don't know what to do with praise. Tickling them silly and watching how much they enjoy relinquishing control for just a little while.

Allowing them to let go. Allowing them to feel. Giving them a space to feel safe.

Like literally one of the most covered up parts of your body… not only in shoes but also usually socks, and on top of that your soles are meant to be stood on, hidden by the floor itself on the very most underside of your body!

So maybe that’s why it feels extra powerless when someone’s got you compromised enough that the bottoms of your feet are accessible?? Naturally any sort of prone position is already such a vulnerable one, and to have your soles visible at all you kind of have to be in some sort disadvantaged position! Nothing you can do to protect or cover them, to stop the assailant from looking at or touching them as much as they want??? That’s even more embarrassing isn’t it, not even being able to protect one of your most private places from being on display. So invasive having your bare feet at someone else’s mercy, played with and prodded outside of your control. IT’S ALL SO EXTRA POWERLESS AND EMBARRASSINGGGG 😩😩.
