Friends are the best thing since sliced bread. I’m going to punch up the drawing for Loaf Rat, finalize the lines. For Rat Next Door… I realized I haven’t done too many actually October-y drawings. So a Scooby-Doo homage felt right.

Junicorn, again. I think I’m approaching something I like. I feel like I learn and improve when I do sit down to do art, if only I had the time and energy and motivation and and and etc to do more of it. But small steps are still steps.

Oops, I guess this isn’t going to be a “upload something every day” kind of month. Here’s some of my spaghetti I’ve been throwing at the wall. It’s not my best work, but I’m just messing around with brushes on Procreate. And the point of Junicorn is sharing art, not about making the highest quality stuff. I think my primary goal is to make art and enjoy it, because too often lately I’ve been using art as a thing I have to do. “Oh it’s something to do with my hands while I listen to this Podcast”. I want to have drawing BE the thing I’m doing to have fun.
