Problematic because: "He kills just, so many people. Also, tricks another character into killing innocents" Propaganda: "Your honor I love him. He’s awful; he has absolutely no compunction about killing, and as mentioned he tricks another character into killing innocents, including that character’s best friend/lover. But. First. He’s ridiculously charismatic about it. Second. The character he tricks has been blinded and doesn’t know it’s him, and they end up living together for quite some time and he makes this twisted little home with him. It’s awful, but also he genuinely starts to care. It’s so messed up and I love it. Also. Also. He’s the hottest person in the show and I guess I’m shallow like that. But his character compels me so."

vs. Mahito (Jujutsu Kaisen)

Problematic because: "Mahito is a special grade curse, and someone the main character hates. He preys on a depressed teenage boy and manipulated him until he thought it would be more entertaining to kill him. He kills one of mc's mentors in front of him, as well as one of mc's close friends. He also takes the life of another high school boy before he ever gets the chance to really experience life. He treats all of this with a carefree attitude and gets genuine joy from using his power to turn people into monsters. He has hurt people just because he thinks it's fun and sees no issue with others pain. When faced with the idea of loosing he becomes a coward." Propaganda: "Mahito makes for a really good antagonist in the story. His light-hearted and childish attitude is a great contrast to his awful actions, and that makes him kinda interesting."
