A bit of a lifting idea I just had

If you’re like me, you hate the idea of carrying a big purse into a store and leaving without an excuse as to why you didn’t buy shit. So I had this idea?

Dress like you’re jogging. Yoga pants or leggings, a tank top or track jacket, running shoes, etc.

This works well if you’re in an area where you can jog to stores. Or just park your car a few blocks away from the store.

Jog to the store and when you’re in, just act like you’re stopping to cool off. Casually browse, check your watch, etc.

And if it’s in the morning or whatever, you can even act like you’re just going for a morning walk if you don’t want to jog.

If you’re going for the jogging method (where you’re actually running), you’ll probably be focusing on body concealment. You can bring an opaque water bottle for concealment as well. Since it wouldn’t make sense for you to be carrying a purse, you’ll be putting things in your waistband, your sneakers, your bottle, etc.

If you’re going for the second method (where you’re just taking a walk), you can bring a coffee cup (like Sheetz, Wawa, Starbucks, etc) and cut an X in the bottom. This will be the coffee cup trick. It’ll look natural because lots of people take walks and drink coffee.

Plus, if you bring a partner, it seems casual anyway. Has anyone tried this or is willing to try it?

Im gonna have to delay this trip a week because my I was gonna bring my partner but apparantly they invited another person and I can’t convince them to uninvite them smh. The person they invited is so bad at lifting smh. One time he opened his backpack in the middle of an aisle (with cameras) and started shoving shit in his open bag. We almost got caught there and it was an EASY store. I’m not about to risk my record because someone is an idiot. If y'all have a bad partner, don’t fucking lift with them anymore

TLDR: My lifting partner invited a sloppy, bad lifter so I had to reschedule. Not risking myself because someone lacks common sense.

an underrated use of liftblr

haven’t posted any tips in a while so just in case anyone hasn’t thought of this before: if you post hauls—you don’t even needs pics as long as you record the stores—then when you’re next thinking of going out lifting, check the dates on your last couple hauls to make sure you aren’t hitting the same stores too closely together. if you live in a big city then this obviously isn’t a problem because you can just go to the same store somewhere else, but people in cities with one of a store like B&N need to be more careful so you don’t get noticed. the general number thrown out is two weeks in between lifts, but I usually don’t go back until a month’s passed—three weeks, minimum. anyways, just something to help you keep organized because god knows I can’t ever keep my thefts straight without my good ol haul posts and tags
