I came out to my parents last week while we were in a fight. I still can’t sit down with them to discuss what happened in the fight. The more I think about it, the more I want to lock myself in my room. What do I do?

Bruh, I’m so sad, I just talked to a travel agent lady that helped me with my flight and she was so nice and I still had twenty more “thank yous” to say and I just quietly said “thank you, bye” and I hung up and now I feel like sh*t.
