Maybe loving you didn’t work out, but I honestly don’t regret a single thing. I knew very well you would never have the same mutual feelings as I have towards you, so I wasn’t expecting much. You may have been a pain in the ass sometimes, caused me great sorrow even. I still don’t regret the time I spent loving you. Why? It’s one of the few moments I was really happy and felt like myself. You made me smile and made me feel good about myself. You made me see the world in a whole other way. You made me realize I am good enough. I am beautiful. I shouldn’t change for anyone. You made me realize, I should starts giving myself some importance and put myself first once in a while because I do matter. My happiness does count and I deserve better. I am now able to see the positive things in life a lot clearer and the best in people without ignoring their worst. So here I am, thanking you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I appreciate everything you did. Good and bad. It was all worth it. So one last time, I shall say, goodbye. 

It’s simply so perfect. I hope everyone finds their special place. It could be anything, anywhere or with anyone. Whether it’s a quiet place like this, a boyfriend/girlfriend/best-friend/anyone really, or even in your room with your stuffed animal or books! I don’t know, but I hope you find yours. Your own escape. A place to call yours. 

My best-friend and I made this heart out of snow a few years ago. Looking back at it now, it reminds me of the good times we had together, the times we made up stories, went on imaginary adventures, fangirled over kpop songs. It reminded me to always look at the positive things in life. Yes, bad things are going to happen, bad moments, depressing days, days you might even have suicide thoughts, you just have to keep in mind, there are more things to life that all that. We are all strong, we just have to hang in there, our moment of happiness awaits us. It’s okay to ask for help once in a while. It’s okay to feel down. Just keep in mind, soon the pain will end. Everything happens for a reason, so don’t give up. Ever. You are worth it. You are enough. You are all beautiful. You are precious, important, amazing, smart, talented. Be you. Nobody else can be you so stop trying to be someone else. Everyone is unique. Do you. Be you.
