A brief summary of the holidays
I spent my holidays over in London with my cousin and her boyfriend it's always great to be with them but I am so ready to board the plane back to Belfast and sleep in my own bed as opposed to a sofa. Any its a bit late but Happy New Year
ah, homesickness
I knew at some point during these adventures in Belfast I'd get homesick eventually but fortunately having a thesis to work on and million other things to do and explore keeps me busy enough that it's not effected me. Until today as my Facebook feed is full of all my friends homecomings for thanksgiving and all the "so great to back home" and suddenly I have this longing to be home. Also I'm just in general sad because I won't be home for Christmas. This lit review won't write itself so back to work!

I don’t know my way around as well as I thought as I got lost on my run today. But some lovely guy in a shop gave me directions back to where I live. But only after he asked if I was from Canada.

I love the fall weather! Constantly living in summer all the time got super boring. I'm having tons of fun except on Mondays when I have research methods that's never fun :(

Adjustment
Now that my biological clock is finally adjusted I can start exploring this beautiful city i now call home. I've felt terrible the first two weeks I've done very little exploring as I've just wanted to take naps all day. All my courses meet at night or as their called here modules at night for some reason perhaps my program promotes and supports day boozing. My next big adventure is to get a phone.Â
