Whiskey or gin!

When I do, I just use a set of adjustable dumbbells with an adjustable bench and a workout mat in my living room, directly in front of a fan on high speed.

At 19 years old this soccer jock weighed 160lbs

But after his last soccer season ended this jock started to go through some changes!

Maybe it was the beer from the local bars or his jock body missing practice. This jock gained 10lbs an was 170lbs when he was 20-24.

This jock just couldn’t stop with the beer! he loved how it made his belly so full. He realized that he got turned on by the thought of the next pint 🐷 so from 24-26 he gained 20lbs and weighed 180lbs by his 26 birthday 🎉

Now this EXJOCK is unstoppable with already gaining 10lbs in the first couple months of being 27 weighing now 190lbs 🐷

This EXJOCK now has a goal weight of 225lbs and wants to hit it by the end of this year 😳 saying “all I wanna do is eat, drink till I can’t move, and jerk”

I decided to go for it during the lockdowns when a lot of others were getting bellies, whether they wanted them or not. 😊

Yeah, I like to do that at home to really enjoy the size and shape of this belly.

About to burst

Posted my favourite ever video of me to my patreon. I'm at my biggest, clearly loving it, though my clothes are feeling the strain, including my suit trousers. Once I manage to fold my fat into them, they give way - the shock on my face tells the whole story.
