Sorry if you guys are disappointed with the ending! It was more for me than anybody else. A short ending is better than no ending at all. The only reason I went back and tried to wrap it up at all is because the story was a huge part of my life for a while. You guys are more than welcome to write your own endings, your own continuations. Just because I’m done with “A Snowflake in Spring” doesn’t mean you have to be. I do want to thank everyone that’s been supportive and understood why I ended it. It always sucks when the passion is gone out of a project, and this is common with fan work because our interests change. It sucks, but that’s just how it is. It’s been a wild ride ❤️
I have to say... no. No ending would have been much better than this lazy cop-out. You've managed to destroy your greatest work and insult all of your loyal supporters with a single inconsiderate move.
I understand life happens and interests wane. You only need to post a hiatus A/N to stop people from asking and it'd have been fine. Almost every author does this, instead of inventing a traitorous ending that was obviously not planned to be how things would go. Would you be happy if Requ post the final chapter of AFA tomorrow with Elsa divorcing Anna and both marry guys in the name of "a short ending is better than no ending"? No amount of good writing before it could save such a slap in the readers' face.
ASIS was one of the top Frozen fics and I always reccomended it to everyone, but I can't from now on. I wish you all the best though.
