Can't even explain how bad I wanted to stay in my air conditioned room and nap all day because I'm FREAKING EXHAUSTED but that little voice in my head kept saying "you know, other people that are competing are probably working out right now, so get up, lazy" and of course, I listened and went for a 60 min outdoor cardio sesh.. And I'm so happy I did! I wanted to ignore that little motivation, but I'm so glad I did, because now I feel refreshed and ready to get the rest of the day done! Well, just finished my first @personalperformance workout.. And I may be smiling now, but 10 minutes ago when I was at the end of my 30 minute stair stepper workout after a SERIOUS leg day I was pissed at the world but I STILL PUSHED THROUGH.
