okay everyone, mark your calendars for eruriren weekend in october for erwin’s birthday.

we’ve also decided to change this blog’s name to erurirenevents so we can do more varied events, like this weekend event. we have also changed our tracked tag to reflect this, it is now #erurirenevents.

here are the prompts; as always, they are up to interpretation and you can take these as suggestions and do your own thing as long as you tag what day your submission is for.

10/13/17 – past | way back when. historical au, or even something set in a setting that feels like it’s from the past (like a fantasy au or a mythological au). you can even use the canonverse if you like.

10/14/17 – present | the here and now. modern/current day au. put them in a world that’s like ours, with smart phones and tea shops and cars… something that feels familiar, like what you know.

10/15/17 – future | what’s still to come. futuristic au, science-fiction, space travel, give us all those futuristic themes. something that feels advanced.

your submissions can work together or be standalone for each theme, it’s up to you! you can even do something with time travel, if you so wish! have fun with it.

we decided to go ahead and give everyone a head start on these prompts, so we hope to see some wonderful entries in october! feel free to ask us questions if you still need clarification.

Here are the official prompts for Erwin Week 2017, which will run from October 8 - October 14. Thank you so much to everyone who voted in our poll or sent us prompt suggestions, we had almost 1000 votes cast! Here are the most popular prompts as well as possible topics for each. These prompts can be as specific or broad as you like. All forms of media (fanfiction, fanart, graphics, cosplay, meta, etc.) are accepted. Be sure to use the tag #erwinweek.

Day 1: Domestic (including chores, relaxing, indulging, fathering, hobbies)

Day 2: Love/Loyalty (including respect, worship, romance, friendship, family relations)

Day 3: Commander Handsome (make that man look as good as he is in any way you see fit)

Day 4: Military (including morning/evening routines, military life, Commander!Erwin, Cadet!Erwin, training)

Day 5: Emotions (including happiness, loneliness, anger, regret, and all the emotions in between)

Day 6: Fantasy/Supernatural (including fairytale, mythology, post-apocalyptic, biblical, omegaverse)

Day 7: Birthday (Oct. 14 is his official birthday so please celebrate!)
