Muzan:

Muzan sits in a plush chair, pondering. He stares intently at you and your twin sitting politely on the floor in front of him. Oh how it angers him that he can't tell which is which. The more he thinks about it, the angrier he gets. He points at your twin, hoping he's right. Your twin sands up, a smile on their face.

"Apologies Lord Muzan, but you're wrong once again." They say, bowing slightly. His pupils shrink as he puts a hand on his forehead, disappointed. Your twin sits back down, amused by this. You speak up.

"If it helps, Lord Muzan, T/N doesn't fidget as much as I do. And they squint their eyes more when they smile." You turn to look over at them, giving them your signature smile. They smile back, before turning back to Muzan. Muzan then shifts his sitting position slightly, processing that small bit of information.

"Let's try again." He says, turning away. "I won't cheat. I need to get this right."

You and your twin walk in a circle briefly, soft footsteps to overlapping, before sitting in the same spots as before. You both speak at the same time.

"Ready." You both say. Muzan turns back to you both. He looks you both up and down, already ashamed that he still can't tell. He sets a hand on his head, defeated.

Kokushibo:

Currently, Kokushibo was taking you and T/N through a small, tranquil forest. It was a small nightly ritual you'd both adapted to over the past year. A question nagged at you.

"So... how exactly can you tell us apart?" You spoke up, skipping a little to keep your pace with him.

T/N pipes in, "Yeah, one look at us and you always know who is who. How's that?"

"T/N has a double joint in their left index finger. You do not." Kokushibo plainly says, not looking back at you both. T/N's heart drops.

"I never showed you that!" They say defensively, holding their finger to their chest.

"Their heart beats differently when they see me too..." Kokushibo adds, now stopping completely. You both stop as well as he turns around. He lifts a finger and points at your twin.

"Their heart drops while yours race." He states, all six eyes fixated on them. Your twin looks pale, unnerved on how he knows that with just one look.

"Their stomach is churning." He says, probably amused by their reactions. You laugh and pat T/N on the back.

"I think he's joking. He probably just sees us too well, considering his eyes." You say, giving him a loving look.

"Your heart is beating faster." He says.

"Okay, stop that." You say squinting your eyes and pointing at him.

Doma:

"I dunno about this T/N..." you mumble looking down at your twin's yukata. "I have a feeling he just... knows...". Your twin looks at you with a cheeky grin.

"I highly doubt that. I mean, come on, I even got those matching hair pins! There's no way he'll know." They say, tinkering with your hairpin. "Just stick to the plan."

The sliding door to your shared room is slid open and a dainty woman pops her head out.

"Lord Doma would like to see you, Y/N." She says, eyes darting between you two. Your twin stands up and and clasps their hands together. You watch as they are escorted by the woman. Once they reach the door, the woman bows and quickly walks away. T/N slides open the door, copying your mannerism to a T.

"Oh that poor woman must've sent the wrong one!" Doma says, a hand on his cheek. "Can you go get Y/N please~? I bet they look great in your yukata too~!" T/N's face goes pale. How did he know? Did he see you both getting changed? No, he would've made himself known.

T/N turns on their heel and exits, head down in shame. As they make it back to your shared room, they ponder just how he knew.

"Did it work?" You say, watching them slide the door open. They give you a look.

"Take a wild guess..." they say, scowling.

Akaza:

Akaza's bright yellow eyes scan over your figure carefully as he watches you meticulously sew together the fabrics of T/N's haori. He watches as you carefully pull the needle in and out of the cloth with precision. He suddenly speaks up.

"Careful. Dont poke another hole in your finger. You already have four." He says, you look up at him, an eyebrow raised. "You may think it's healed, but the one from 3 months ago left a very small indent." You give him a smile. T/N looks up from the dishes at you both, a bit put off by the comment.

"How do you remember that so clearly?" They say, tilting their head curiously. Akaza stands up and points at both of you.

"I remember a lot about them. Like how when you both put your hair up, theirs is always leans a little to the right." He says, walking up to you and placing a hand on your head. "Or how their ring finger on the left hand is always slightly chipped. And how their eyes light up a little when they see me." You look up at him with a soft expression, he reciprocates, rubbing a thumb against your forehead. T/N's face scrunches up, even more confused than before.

"Don't think about it too hard." You laugh. "You'll hurt your head trying to fathom why he does anything." You shake your head. T/N looks back down at the dishes again, moving on to clean a plate. Akaza moves to sit beside you, an arm draped over you.

"Seriously though, you ought to be careful. When you hold the needle like that, you prick yourself every time..." he gently says. You give him a patient smile.

"Right. Anything for you, love."

Okay finally it's done oh my Gertrude... I'm not sure this is any good but I tried! Also I'm still working on getting dividers.
