I even remember that one interview where she talked about filming Black Mirror and she said she tried chatting with her co star (the guy who owned the museum) and he basically told her to stfu talking to him and just read the lines once they call action lol not in those words of course lol but that’s just the vibe I gathered from that lol becuz it seemed like he didn’t want nothing to do with her becuz she was annoying him.

And even wayyyyy back when she did Top Boy, she didn’t get along with the cast. And those weren’t Hollywood stars those were her folks from her neck of the woods. She was kinda an outcast on set or treated like an annoying lil sis. And we all seen Tamara got fed up with her at one point, and couldn’t stand her fkn guts. It was different with black panther becuz they kinda infantilized her as the lil sis of the group and they embraced her, but she spoke about not feeling like she fit in there too. And she clearly didn’t fw anybody off set since she never answered their calls and what not. Idk it’s just like she just always rubs ppl the wrong way.

Don’t fight me on this yall but I honestly think Tish might be on the spectrum and she masks a lot (which she’s probably really good at becuz she’s an actress) but at the same time she can’t hold a mask forever and her true quirks come out and ppl just don’t vibe with it. Like reading social cues just isn’t her strong suit and there are a lot of misunderstandings and miscommunications becuz she just doesn’t get how to play the social game. (Unless she’s the one controlling the scene, and that’s another topic for another day) On top of that she definitely has some character flaws becuz she can be very egocentric and vein a lot of times, even tho she presents to be this humble caring person. She definitely had a HUGE ego. And it is her downfall every single time.

But yea, I say all this to say Tish has always been a loner. She talks about growing up with no friends, sitting alone at lunch. Acting out scenes in her room all day becuz she had no one else to talk to… growing up like that you would lack social skills too. Her talent and charming mask gets her foot in the door, but her true personality can’t hold the weight of building those relationships to keep ppl wanting to continue working with her. Professionally or personally…
