unfortunately all my best thoughts come to me at midnight when i'm trying to sleep so i inevitably forget them in the morning

from the sonic rivals games we know that eggman nega wants to get rid of eggman as he's a stain on his family's reputation but what intrigues me is that he travels back to when eggman has already been fighting and losing against sonic for sometime instead of before that, makes me wonder if eggman does something in the future that further cemented him as a failure.
