The Glam Life: daily routines for a polished life. 💋
Sunday: Reset & Reflect Start with a deep cleanse—face mask, detox tea, and a peaceful journal session. Reflect on the past week, set intentions for the next, and list three things you’re grateful for. This is your day to unwind, reset, and prep for success.
Monday: Fresh Blowout & Big Shades Start the week strong with a fresh blowout. Smooth, glossy, and ready to conquer. Pair with oversized sunglasses for that mysterious, empowered look. Bring an extra boost by planning a bold outfit that makes you feel invincible.
Tuesday: Brows & Browsing Shape your brows to perfection—it’s a small detail that makes a huge impact on your overall look. Afterward, treat yourself to a quick scroll through your favorite style inspiration, bookmarking anything that makes you feel iconic. Style starts with inspiration.
Wednesday: Mani & Diamond Shine Keep your nails sharp and sophisticated, opting for a classic French or deep red. Slip on a ring or two (or five). Hands tell a story, so make sure yours speak of elegance and confidence. Midweek is the perfect time to touch up on hydration, too—think hand creams and cuticle oils.
Thursday: Exfoliate & Hydrate Buff away the week’s worries with a luxe body scrub, followed by a rich, hydrating body lotion or oil. Glowing, smooth skin radiates confidence, so keep it moisturized and ready to be admired. Pair with a hydrating face mask to keep everything refreshed.
Friday: Glow Serum, Gloss, & Signature Scent Skip the self-tan and reach for a brightening glow serum instead. This will give your skin a fresh, natural radiance that looks effortlessly luminous. Follow with a glossy lip and your signature scent to add allure. Enter the weekend looking polished, radiant, and ready to take on any room with grace and confidence.
Saturday: Active Beauty & Leisure Today, beauty meets movement. Whether it’s a dance class, yoga, or a brisk walk, get active and enjoy the natural glow that follows. Afterward, embrace leisure: light a candle, sip on your favorite drink, and give yourself permission to relax with a facial roller or a nourishing hair mask. You deserve it.
Each day brings a fresh intention and a luxurious touch to keep you feeling powerful and radiant all week long. It's a full week of showing up as your best self—stylish, strong, and completely in your element.

Journaling prompts to reinvent yourself ౨ৎ
how do I want the world to see me, and does it match how I see myself?
how do I show up for others, and how do they show up for me?
what about my life feels like love and what doesn't?
where does my time go, and where do I wish it would go?
who do I admire most, and what about them speaks to my soul?
is the way I live aligned with the life I dream of, or a I just coasting?
what qualities in others feel the most magnetic to me? Do I reflect those?
what’s inside my bag, and what does it say about me? (be honest, even the gum wrappers count.)
if I could script my perfect morning, how would it begin?
what passions have I ignored that I would like to reclaim?
what’s one small, powerful shift I could make today to move toward my dream life?
write a tender letter to the future version of yourself. What do you hope they’ve become, and what do you want them to remember about now?
As always, please feel free to share your own prompts and check out my insta for more of me! <3

stay well-kept. stay endlessly evolving. tend to your creative gifts. smell divine. be selective. cook something new. write something true. keep fresh flowers. make decisions that age well. spread light to those in need. pray often & sincerely.
Starting over resuming after falling off track
* Accept that setbacks are part of the process and are experienced by pretty much every person who has dared to go after something they want. You haven’t failed. You just were on an unplanned break. Resume. Now. Literally right now.
* Focus on your very next forward-progressing choice instead of trying to fix everything at once. Like what can you do in the next 5 minutes to get back on the wagon.
* Identify what caused you to fall off track so you can plan for it next time and avoid it easier.
* Begin with small, manageable habits, not an overly ambitious plan.
* Clear your environment of distractions and make good choices easier. This includes your digital environment.
* Stop waiting for the "perfect" day, week, or month to begin again. Now is the time to take even a tiny step forward.
* Use your previous progress as evidence that you are capable of succeeding, not as proof of your failure.
* Set one simple goal for today and build momentum from there. I’m gonna keep telling you to do something today because you will not get back on track without action. Do it todayyyy.
* Always avoid “punishing” yourself with extreme diets/workouts, or overly rigid schedules. Why would you punish yourself for getting back up and moving forward? You should be congratulating yourself, silly. Don’t focus on how long you were down or lost progress, only focus on how you didn’t stay down and are trying again.
* Remember that consistency is built by returning to your habits repeatedly, not by never making mistakes. Literally everyone is making mistakes left and right but we get to the finish line by never giving up on our habits, even if it takes two or three times longer to reach success than we expected it to.
* Treat every setback as information that helps you create a stronger plan moving forward. Learn about yourself and what throws you off. Make a plan for yourself with this newfound knowledge in mind.
How to stop comparing yourself to others
* Focus on whether you're improving ONLY compared to your past self, not someone else's past and present. You are your only metric. They are not your competition.
* Define success based on your own values instead of social expectations. It doesn’t matter if others find it impressive or awe-inducing. Do you like it? Are you happy with it? Are you proud to do it? Okay then. Always focus on building a life you genuinely enjoy rather than one that relies on the validation of strangers.
* Limit exposure to social media accounts that trigger unhealthy comparison.
* Keep a journal or simple log of your progress and know that lulls in growth are normal. Don’t expect to really judge your results until you’ve been doing something for maybe 1-3 years at least (depending on the pursuit).
* Don’t only allow yourself to feel pride when you hit major achievements, feel free to celebrate small things like doing something for 3 days in a row, doing it for 30 minute blocks consistently, etc. Be happy for yourself!!! Pat yourself on the back and say good job!!! Be your own source of praise and validation.
* Ask yourself what you can learn from others rather than what you lack. Be inspired, not jealous.
* Recognize that everyone starts from different circumstances and advantages and that they may be making good use of their starting point just as you can make good use of your starting point.
* Spend more time taking action toward your goals and less time monitoring others. If you spend an hour drawing and then an hour online feeling hurt by other peoples drawings, you should’ve been drawing for 2 hours and maybe you’d have something you’re proud of too.
* Practice gratitude for the opportunities, skills, and resources you already have. There are people behind you who can’t wait to be at your level, to have the tools/materials you own, and would love to be able to go to that class that isn’t available in their area.
* Stop assuming that someone else's success automatically means less success is available to you. Stop with the “there can only be one” mentality.
* Measure progress by consistency and effort, not by speed. If someone learns something in a year but it takes you 5 years, who cares? You both learned it, hooray!
* Study the habits behind someone's achievements. Have a students mindset and perhaps you can adopt some of their methods you may not have considered. Use others' success as evidence of what's possible.
* Acknowledge your strengths twice as often as you notice your weaknesses.

your problem is you think if you communicate with clarity and earnestness that people will actually understand you
Heavenly Father, guide me one step at a time and keep me from rushing ahead, amen.
When you’re busy 🫐
Accept that exercise needs to be a non-negotiable part of your life.
Eat sufficient protein at every meal. Not because it’s currently a buzzword, but because you should have always been doing that and need to keep it up even when a new food group inevitably trends.
Walk whenever you can. Calls, errands, waiting, etc.
You deserve proper rest even if you didn’t get everything done.
Keep healthy staples on autopilot and easily accessible. Things that don’t need to be cooked, 5 minute meals, snacks you can toss in your bag, etc.
Water before and after caffeine.
Ten minutes of movement beats zero.
Batch cook once, eat well all week. If not full meals then whatever key ingredients you can.
Protect your mornings from chaos. Let them be as absolutely slow as your responsibilities allow it to be.
Train for health, strength, and longevity as your top priority. You don’t have to strive for a specific visual outcome.
Stretch, even if it’s while you wait for your pot of water to boil or are letting the bathtub fill up.
Limit liquid calories.
Create a simple, repeatable routine.
Book checkups before there’s a problem.
Remember: being busy is not a reason to abandon healthy habits. It’s just time to rework them.
