This is exciting!! May 1, 2016 = 132.9 May 31, 2016 = 130.9 And today June 1! I am 130.2!! *does backflip* My goals 130! I'm so happy! Going to continue the changed I made..which doesn't take any effort what so ever, and tone my self up something sexy!

April update
4/1 - 134.6 4/31 - 131.9 Down 2.7 and so close to my goal of 130. I'm 5'4 and my start weight was 180 last feb.
February Weight update.
Feb 1 - 139.4 Feb 29 -136.6 Goal is 130. The closer it seems the further it actually is. I'm not about to stop yet.
Fumikomi
I think it got better yesterday. But not with every strike. My Sensei hardly seemed impressed or noticed how hard I've been working. I kicked my own ass about the whole class last night. It's also frustrated because your training for months with someone else and improving on all these things they saw and now someone with different eyes comes in and doesn't notice the improvement because you improved your style differently based on some one else's. I started off with fight someone over 6' I'm 5"4'..trying to put pressure on him have good seme but it doesn't matter what I do he never has to move to be able to hit my men. So scared I'll be paired with a tall person for anything on my test. But what can you do. Fuck me right? Gunna go practice my Fumikomi..

Been a while.
I think I need to keep up with these kendo posts because they really help me. We took turns doing keiko for a minute only two people at a time watching each pair like on the test. It's hard, I'm more defensive so to show what I've got in only s minute I needed to step it up. So I did. My bf said it totally threw him off because he knows my timing and how I fight and I really changed it. Unfortunately it fucked with my form. I had one or two good fumi komis out of all of the keiko matches. I rushed my self a bit. My mind body and spirit were not one. But my timing was better and Wednesday now that I know I can be faster and still accurate like that I will focus on my actual stomp. Can't wait for Wednesday's class my Sensei gets back. Hope he sees how much I've improved since he's been gone.
Fitness motivation!
Some times I don't understand why my weight does what it does. I didn't massively over eat or Anything from Saturday and Sunday, and I had a two hour kendo class Saturday...and then I ate a lot of sugary ish on Sunday and now I'm down weight again? It's not making any sense..

My hardest battle during my weight loss has been this cabinet. I live with my boyfriend and his Italian mother who thinks comfort food cures all. This is also the reason I gained 20 pounds when we started dating. If I can lose 45 pounds over a year with this never ended supply of junk food what's your excuse?
