I wish I could sit down and actually write more like all those other writers I see on this site. I don’t know why it’s been so difficult these past few months? Years? However, I did graduate high school, and I did get my own personal laptop recently, so I think I might actually write something with it.

Manifesting that this summer will be the time my WIPs become finished products🤞.

honestly, thinking back to high school, I didn't have the patience to practice enough either haha 😭 and I still don't, but I need money, and nothing motivates like money does (partly a joke)

Sometimes it’s funny to imagine that they fell in love over something really simple. Like, they found out they both loved the same artist, so they forgot about everything else and started dating, ahah

Seriously though, I think Sky-Byte fell in love first and gradually, can’t say exactly when he realized it. Jetfire probably wouldn’t have even thought about it, and only during the battle with Tarn did he suddenly realize (I think I even wrote about this before 🤔)

After the battle with Tarn, Sky-Byte admits to himself that Jetfire is the partner he’s always dreamed of, but he doesn’t dare say it out loud because now he feels guilty about the supernova incident. Sorry, but we can’t ignore this elephant in the room anymore 😔

And I had a little idea about this

I don’t know how to explain this scientifically, but. Maybe during the explosion, not all the planets around were destroyed. Yes, some were damaged, but some might have been teleported (that would explain how Jetfire and Sky-Byte survived in the first place), and some remained in another dimension (something like in ep18 s2). Sky-Byte could have found out about this, and together with Jetfire, they set out to fix what they could.

At the end, you could add 🥀a very dramatic🥀 scene with Sky-Byte’s self-sacrifice, during which Jetfire also suddenly realized his feelings for him, and they finally confess to each other (of course no one dies lmao)

I think this is the first time I've been 100% all-in on-board with fankids (and it's all thanks to you).

Post-Cyberverse, life seems to be generally pretty peaceful; no on-going war, inter-faction fights, or outside threats. Both jetfire and sky-byte will be able to find work that they enjoy, but neither is particularly stressed about a leadership position. They have a potential support system of friends. I think it’s a pretty decent life to bring kids into, and I can see them succeeding.

And they’d be so obnoxious about it too (in the best of ways).

Because you KNOW they’d be competitive and theatrical with the whole thing. Their coworkers would hear every unnecessary detail, be shown every unnecessary baby picture. Constant. Unending. Not escapable. Each would go out of their way to be the better parent in silly ways. Nonstop. Ceaseless. All the time. Those kids would be stuck on them like velcro, they wouldn’t stop carrying them around with them for ages. They would love those kids so hard, and tell them they could do anything they set their little sparks to. Kinda ironic, since they're disasters in every other way lmao.

I wish Cyberverse had another 40 minute episode about how they rebuild Cybertron, without any battles or life-threatening situations. Also it would be great if they included a karaoke scene or something like that (if I’m not mistaken, the voice actors suggested this idea, and damn, I’m sure it would have been Jetfire’s moment to shine. You all remember how he talks, right?)

But getting back to the topic of fankids- yeah, that's why I like them here too, and I agree with every word you say. Sky-Byte and Jetfire really are annoying parents haha 😭😭😭 the girls will probably be embarrassed about this when they’re older (Ignis definitely will) but that won’t make them love them any less :)

Other mechs will wonder why, out of everyone, it was them who ended up with kids (I like the idea that having kids is a huge rarity)

I'm sure they're definitely not the only decepticon/autobot couple, and I think they'd go to an event like that, but I doubt the others would be happy to see them (or to be more precise, Sky-Byte. from what I've noticed on the show neither faction really likes him lol)
