Ahead of posting a few sample pages from the pilot comic I was looking over old material. It's insane how much time has passed since the original web strips that started it all.

The original four dozen web strips were made start-to-finish in under two weeks... if only a fully scripted 50-page issue comic took that long. 

Out of, curiosity, I reworked one of the old strips using a couple of the methods I've learned.

LSL Project Update: August 2022     

        It's, been a while. Up front, the first issue of Learning Stuff Lane - is done!!

     After 50+ odd adventures the AI. Story series will end in a few weeks. Engagement was low, so I'm not sure if it will appear again in the same format... but it served it's purpose... it made me feel at ease with consistent, end to end content creation at a high volume. Most of the videos were made in only several weeks. 

With no more excuses I got down to finishing the first comic. Once it's been reviewed internally I'll find it a home online. Free, for everyone. Sample pages will go up soon and in a month or so the 'get it in the hands of as many people as possible' campaign will begin. 

 With the next 5 issues already written, it'll be a matter of how the first issue is received that determines when, not if, the rest are made - and how fast. Oh, and the website's offline. Might be down for a little while.
