Faced with a growing fascist offensive, anarchist and communist workers armed themselves around the Arditi del Popolo and, for months, managed to take to the streets of cities and working-class neighborhoods and confront the squads of blackshirts.

Must be pretty insulting to know that your boss and all of his inner circle do exactly the same thing you did, and even brag about it to the media, but you get suspended for it because You Are Not Important Enough.
