That sort of thing is JUST subtle enough that most, if anyone at all, would pick up on ....

Because Katsuki would hate to be compared to looking or being like All Might at all...

He wants to be a hero with his own power -- whereas Izuku’s costume featuring the ‘bunny ears’ which is a CLEAR INDICATION who inspired his costume.

Bakugou’s Mask Theory

So I was drawing Bakugou and All Might and I had a little bit of a thought. So correct me if I’m wrong but masks are pretty useless for heroes because there aren’t really any secret identities.

So what if Bakugou was trying to look more like All Might?

Obviously, it doesn’t look exactly like All Might’s eyes but I think that it’s just a little way of showing that he wants to be like All Might too. Also I don’t know if anyone’s mentioned this before.
