A chubby girl with pink hair named… Wait, what’s her name again? I don’t know. And it doesn’t really matter =) She decided to go for a swim in the lake. The weather was nice and warm; nothing foreshadowed any trouble. She came here to swim every weekend, since she thought it was a great way to spend her time.

No one knows what happened this day. Maybe she got a cramp in her leg, or she might have gotten tangled in the water lily stems, or maybe she just had a heart attack. We don’t know the truth, though it doesn’t change anything now.

Then, with great difficulty, you pulled her body out of the water, as it turned out to be heavier than you had expected. You fill her lungs with air using an Ambu bag, then begin to compress her chest hardly and rapidly just above her stomach.

It seems her lungs and stomach are filled with water, which gushes out of her mouth like a fountain with every compression! Just how much water did she swallow?? You continue CPR, watching the stream of water bursting out of her insides. Eventually, it stops; she’s no longer vomiting, and you increase the compression rate from 15 to 30. At some point, she starts to cough slightly, which means you’re on the right way and you need to continue CPR. Finally, she opens her eyes and thanks you for saving her.

Should I comment on the graphics quality here? I don't think so, but I didn't initially set out to make anything cool 😆🤪 I'm really busy developing ResusBox, learning Unity for mobile development, and creating new games; all while juggling my day job and family life. So, better to have something new than nothing at all.

Updated Audrey and June.

Wrote custom shaders for the characters. These should look the same as the old ones.

Character customization menu now allows changing of underwear colors. Press 'Y' to open this menu.

Character customization menu now allows changing of face, skin, and underwear textures.

Character customization menu has a new color picker that is more intuitive and contains presets for fast color selection.

Environment:

Updated lighting in Gym scene.

Bug Fixes and Performance:

Fixed character face color clipping through the character's eyes when they are closed.

New shaders should have improved performance.

I wanted to create my own patient since the game released, so I hope you enjoy my creation on the game.

There's a zip file for download, and inside of it there's 4 files:

-Two files with the camera centered as the video, and with the script of it

-Two files with the camera more focused on the patient's chest.

Both of the camera positions have a "clothed" version (the video one) and an uncensored version, in which the patient's blue bikini has been removed.
