But this is them in their simplest form(in present time with the show) so I’ll describe them in simple terms but generally they’re all corrupt in their own ways

North: Ice

Secondary animal are wolves, secondary culture is Old Greek, militaristic hierarchy, values justice but represents vengeance

South: fire

Secondary animal are Jackals, secondary culture is Old Egypt, religious hierarchy, values discipline but represents oppression

East: water

Secondary animal are sheep/ram, secondary culture is Imperial Japan, wealth hierarchy, values purity but represents sanctimony

West: heat

My dragons don’t change much from the last line up so I used this to show how their magic works. Dragons are proficient in magic and each clan have a natural resistance to a type of magic. In this case for my northern babies, they’re resistant to cold and ice.

Some have better resistance than others, whether a dragon has weak or strong resistance depends what armor they wear. Weaker dragons wear more labor-made armor and carry metal weapons while the stronger they are, the less they carry on them. Since they can just summon ice made armor n weapons.

This means my lovely boy Ao Shun wears basically no armor and carries nothing because his magic is all he needs :)

While his general Taixue wears little armor and can summon his own weapon. His armor n tools don’t look nearly as perfect at Shun’s.

Bit of context, I made The Dragon of the North, Ao Shun, for LMK thenn I listen Epic the Musical. I quickly realized that my Shun and Jorge’s Odysseus are basically the same character sooo I’m using his musical to make animatics for Shun heh

Buuuut I did redesign my Sonic Gijinka, I think Sonic is the only one to have two designs. Mostly because JPN and USA advertise n treat Sonic so differently, I see them as two separate ppl
