If you wear M-sized tshirts (just going off your photo, I am making assumptions since my bodytype is quite similar) M would be safe? I definetly wouldnt go for XS if I was in your shoes, i don't think that one would be comfortable.

My measurement was around the ones that is usually listed for M.

Make sure to read through their refund policy if they changed it, you could always try ordering 2 different sizes to try on. Just don't cut off the tags if you have to return it!

You may have less issues with the binders that have back-zippers, but I personally do not have experience with those. Maybe untag has some reviews on reddit somewhere that could offer you more diverse opinions. I wouldn't rush it if the price is a lot to you!

I hope their support otherwise can help you with sizing! I'm not sure if they still do this? But some dutch binder stores did have places were you can try them on, but that was all the way to Amsterdam.. I'm not sure if that was UNTAG specificly.

I don't think most people would go there unless they live close and find the bus/train travel cost worth it.

I hope when you start binding you get the euphoria. It hit me like a trainwreck years ago. I'm so happy to have gone through top surgery since.

Binders were great but I just needed these things gone all together.

Haha I guess I just look bigger in photos. I'm always XS in shirts and everything (praying to get bigger on T, I wanna be able to wear mens sizing TwT). According to Untag's I was also XS, but for under-bust. Think I'll just get the S then if they run tight around the ribs!

''untag'' site used to be my choice when getting binders before i had top-surgery. But the past few years they did change their fabric choice, so depending on the shape/size of your torso, the fabric itself is tight and doesn't crease. https://untag.com

I really do not recommend their fullbody ones without zipper, the fabric will roll-up the way an annoying bra does and become impossible to unwrap around the shoulders / take off without help. (when layering onto itself, it becomes tighter)

The regular binders are easy to wear & wash, +4 hours and generally achieve the shape you want. From the photos I believe we have around the same cupsize. I used M size of this type of binder: https://untag.com/products/short-binder-black But honestly thinking back sometimes, maybe I should have gotten L? Sizing is confusing even though I didn't have a big cupsize.

Any discomfort while wearing a binder is important to listen to because it can unfortunately fuck with your posture. (and lungs)

Downside to untag is that theyre pricy and you might not be able to get a refund if you cut off the tags. One proper binder can cost you 60 euros. Having 2 that you use through the week with +4 hours when you go outside wearing one should be doable!

They have a variety of binder types, colors etc.

I was actually looking into Untag (even mailed them about sizing) and then just never committed. I've been wearing these Hema sport bras (that basically look like binders, but don't bind) for years and they're starting to piss me off. Like, they're uncomfortable and restrictive but don't do shit for me...may as well get something that actually binds lmaoo.

Do you think up-sizing would be worth it? I'm between XS-S and got recommended XS, but think S may be more comfortable. Especially since I'd only actually need one when I'm relatively active.
