When I tell one of my LEOs they have to do something they don’t want to do I can proceed with the case.

After escaping a toxic as fuck office and rediscovering humor.

When a defendant decides they don’t want the offer at the last minute.

When a defendant starts asking to get out after arraignments but he’s presumptively no bail.

When all the physical evidence for a case is destroyed through dumbassery.

When defense counsel asks, “You’re not really going to go to trial on this, are you?”

Arguing with defense counsel when there’s case law on point in my favor. 

So, it's been a long time since I've posted. That's primarily because I was focusing on bar prep. About 2 weeks before the bar I got a job offer, so I had to pack for a cross-country move while doing my last-minute cramming. The city where I got a job is absurdly rural and I could only afford 25gigs of internet per month. Tumblr, in case you haven't noticed, can be a data sink. I got a new job in a larger city and now have decent internet, so I'm coming off hiatus.
