1st annual Fiji Girl Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you for our wonderful FIJI’S for allowing us to host as well as donating the cans for the food drive! HUGE shoutout to my fellow Fiji girls. Although we wear different letters on our chest, we always come together as one. & to my perfect Big, for always being my #1 supporter in anything I do, I love you!

So I have had a change of heart and have decided that I am no longer going to be a Special Education Teacher and I want to pursue a degree in Psychology with the hopes of becoming a children's guidance counselor. Upon making this decision, I found out that my college I attend doesn’t offer that program so I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off applying for FIU in the fall. I know its a fat chance and I might get stuck with starting school in the Spring, but I figured that its worth a try. I also sent in my application for Tulane University in New Orleans. If any of my Tumblr friends can give me some helpful advice in regards to Tulane (I live in Miami) as far as living expenses, student life, housing prices, ANYTHING, I’d REALLY appreciate it. I have a friend that was born and raised in New Orleans but any Tulane students who came from out of state would like to give me some pointers in regards to how they convinced their parents to let them leave, or how to budget money to afford living there. I will forever be grateful!

Please keep me in your prayers, my anxiety levels are sky rocketing and I’m a nervous wreck.
