Cliche time!!! Abused/Neglected Snake!Hybrid (Reader? Oc? Who knows :3) and a very concerned Hybrid!Tf141
Part 1 probably? We’ll see
The 141 creeps silently through the enemy base they had gotten into, suspiciously empty even before they cleared out any guards and hostiles.
Price knows something is wrong. In his gut he knows it shouldn’t have been this easy. This quiet and empty. Devoid of many actual threats.
Simon is on high alert, his senses all on the fritz from the same feeling his Captain was getting. But his instincts, rather than alert but passive caution, are hypersensitive to figure out the cause of it.
Soap and Gaz share a look. What were they getting into? One of Soaps ears is pinned back, his tail low, and Gaz’s wings are drawn close and fluffed up.
Then, they reach a dead end. At the end of a long hall, everything getting darker and less cared for as it goes on, is a door. Heavy steel. Thick, rich red blood is smeared over the small reinforced glass window, still dripping slightly. The smell of mold, sickness, neglect, and death cling to the room in ways that they, even as soldiers, had never experienced to this extent before. Price tries the door. Unlocked. He didn’t expect that. He looks back at his team before slowly pushing on the very heavy door until it opened just enough to see inside.
Fuck.
It was a bloodbath.
The first thing they noticed was the smell. It hit them like a truck. Soap actually stumbled back a little. It invaded all of their senses, a sickening cocktail of rotting bodies, mold, blood, vomit, and a few things they couldn’t even pinpoint beyond disgust. They had assumed hoped the metallic smell from the room was the rusty door.
They were clearly wrong.
Then they noticed the floor. Or, how little of it they could really see. Blood, bodies both human and animal, trash, vomit, seemingly anything and everything to keep the (presumably) white tile covered.
Simon took note of the body closest to the door. Its legs were ripped off, entrails falling out, but some missing. Unrecognizable with the damage to its skull and face. It was holding keys. As if whoever it had been was frantically trying to get out of the room, planning to lock the door behind them. That had clearly gone well for them.
It was silent, no noise from inside to indicate any dangerous presence, so Price motioned them to follow him inside. Carefully. Their steps all squelched in the layer of filth on the ground, and they all ignored the few times their shoes stuck to the ground slightly when they stepped on something that wasn’t just liquid.
Looking around, the whole room was bad. Not just the entrance. A medium sized room, maybe the size of a small auditorium, every wall made from tile to match the floor. The whole room was disgusting. Rotting bodies picked clean of meat sat next to fresh ones, still warm with the last traces of life, not quite stripped of everything edible yet. Piles of trash and filth piled in every corner, pushed out of the way but never cleaned. The acidic smell of vomit was almost as present as that of blood and decomposition, but it must’ve been blood filled as well, as they couldn’t actually see any of it.
There were small crevices and caves around the room, some on wall mounted structures, some seeming to dip into the floor. Then, there was the big one in the center. It had originally been one of those pools with a waterfall into it if the “rock” layout was anything to go off of. Now though, it was completely dry. Not a drop of water left. Inside of it was a huge collection of fabric. Mainly ragged and bloodied clothing, but a few blankets were mixed in too.
That’s when the faint movement caught Gaz’s sharp eyes. A faint, barely there rise and fall of weak breathing underneath the pile of clothing. He gestured to the others to point it out, putting them all on high alert, clearly even more cautious now as Soaps curiosity dragged him towards it. Ghost had to reach out and grab his arm to keep him from doing something stupid. Price held up a hand to tell the others to stay put as he slowly approached the empty pool. There was a small shuddering movement under the fabric as he got closer.
And then you stirred.
Everything was muffled and dark, your head spinning and your consciousness shaky at best. Your senses were barely there at this point.
There were people in your room. Only one was moving, but based on the vibrations in the floor, there were three or four more. You couldn’t tell in your state. Then you noticed. Your stomach felt oddly full. That was new. Last time you checked you were so hungry you couldn’t stay conscious. How much had you eaten? And when?
Your tongue stuck out to taste the air, the smell of blood filling your senses, followed by four different scents. Definitely four people. Hybrids, if you could trust your senses.
Price slowly approached, his gun raised, pointing it at the faint movement. As he got closer, Ghost got behind him, just in case. The Captain used the barrel of his gun to throw one of the blankets off, only to be met with a thick body covered in white and light pink scales. It made them freeze for a moment. Whatever this was, it was huge. As thick as a damn tree trunk. Price then followed the covered outline of the body to what he guessed was the things head, taking a breath before throwing the fabric off it.
He was met with the sight of a humanoid upper body. Greasy and matted hair fell and pooled around its head, so dirty that it took him a second to realize it was supposed to be white. A pair of bright red eyes turned up toward him. Slow, delayed, and unfocused. It was pale and thin, its skin washed out and scarred. It was conscious, but barely. Its scent was so faint that not even Soap could pinpoint it, though that could’ve been due to all the other rancid smells in the room. Even without the scent though, they could all tell this was a hybrid. A serpent hybrid of some kind, and a huge one at that.
Seeing how weak it looked, Prices shoulders dropped. This thing couldn’t have possibly killed all these people, not in this state. Yet, blood still stained its face and neck, a few drops still falling into its hair, making it even dirtier than before. He kneeled down, ignoring the blood and other filth seeping into the fabric covering his legs as he did.
You watched as the strange man in your enclosure kneeled down, everything going out of focus around him as you tried to keep your attention on him. You watched as he slowly set down his gun beside him, the currently blurry and indistinct masked man behind him getting a little closer too. Defensively, you assumed. You couldn’t blame him.
You tasted the air again. The smell of smoke and gunpowder wafted off the hand slowly reaching towards you, and as it got closer you picked up the sweet undertones of honey. You managed to somehow piece together through your haze that the man was a bear hybrid. He was letting off a lot of heat too. All of them were. Your senses were a wreck, but their thermal signatures were very bright and you could practically literally see the heat coming off the hand that was now nearing your head. As much as you hated people getting too close to your face, you didn’t have the energy to move enough to snap in warning, and your voice was shot, had been for months, so you just let him do as he pleased.
Price paused as his hand laid on the top of its head. It hadn’t reacted at all. No movement, no noise, no facial expression, no scent change. Not a single attempt at anything. It was cold. Freezing, even. He hesitantly reached down to grab it’s face, lifting it so he could look it over, and maybe get some idea of it’s state from its scent. A small shiver runs over the serpentine hybrid, and its eyes fall away from Prices face, looking at his team, as if trying to analyze them. He doesn’t comment, understanding its need to make sure it was safe with the new people.
He tries to look past the blood caked onto its face, layered over and over, the freshest layer starting to clot around its lips. He was trying to analyze its expression and features, despite how difficult it was to look past just how… sick it looked. Its eyes were heavy and unfocused, it pupils small slits. Its nose was very upturned and almost pointy, its lips slightly pouty and its face gaunt and thin. Its mouth seemed to be slightly swollen, and although it was hard to tell, it seemed like some saliva was mixing with the blood in its face. Its breathing was also slightly wheezy, as if something was wrong with its lungs. He searched for any expression on the serpentine hybrids face, hoping for some sense of what it was feeling. It looked almost numb. But analyzing it further, he noticed the tiredness radiating off it. The disorientation from all the things it was deprived of. The faint spark of fear in its eyes as it looked between the four strange men in its enclosure. The shiver as its head got a bit heavier in his hand, clearly cold and seeking out his warmth. Soap whined at the pathetic sight. Despite the huge size of the snake underneath the fabric scraps, it just looked so small…
It didn’t take long for Soap to be sat in the pool by the things head, letting it lay in his lap and soak up his warmth, it’s face pressed against his chest, though being careful not to block its vision of the strangers, keeping its guard up as much as it could. Soap was less than bothered by how filthy he was getting, more focused on and visibly worried about the hybrids state, his ears back and his tail low as he felt how cold it was against him, and how limp it was, as if it could barely hold itself up. Gaz sat next to Soap and the snake, silently checking over it and trying to properly assess its state beyond what Price had already done. They were both searching for a scent as well, but other than sickness, they couldn’t get much. Soap swore he got a whiff of something flowery for a split second but it was gone so quickly that it could’ve been from anything. Price and Ghost stood to the side, discussing how to handle all of this. The things size and the possible threat it posed made this difficult, but they all knew they weren’t leaving it.

"at least venezuela lost a dictator" "the good thing about trump's invasion" "maduro deserved it" oh my god some of you are dangerously susceptible to fascist propaganda.
unfriendly and honestly hostile reminder that trump isn't invading venezuela because maduro is a dictator, or because of drug cartels. he's doing it only and exclusively because they have desirable oil reserves and no other reason. reminder that venezuela is a comparatively poor country that will never financially recover from this. reminder that venezuelans are suffering with the bombing and the air strikes. reminder that trump did it to steal from them and no one did anything. reminder that this sets a dangerous precedent and now all trump has to do to invade another country is claim they're in a dictatorship. reminder that trump is a fascist dictator.
this will only be bad, for venezuelans and for all of latin america (and possibly the whole world) in the long run. trump did this not to help the venezuelans or their country, but to steal their petrol and get away with it. and he will. because that's what dictators do.

By donating, you are not only helping me, you are saving me and my family.
We have managed to raise 554£ since the beginning of our campaign thanks to you, and like any other Palestinian fighting for his life against the oppressors, I do not wish for us to surrender to the murderous regime. Please, together we can raise enough to afford basic necessities and also to enable us to escape through the border crossing, once it opens.

Hi guys! Yujatea here! If you enjoy my work, I’d like to please ask for a moment of your time to consider helping this family I’m supporting! Shaima is a mother of four children, Abdul Rahim, Walid, Majdi, and baby Amal. Shaima is struggling to support her children since her husband disappeared, and needs urgent help with providing food and resources for them, especially as winter sweeps through Gaza! This family’s fundraising campaign (@familgazaamal1) is completely vetted and I’m trying to use my platforms to raise awareness on their behalf. I’ll be opening my commissions to raise funds for their campaign so keep your eyes peeled! I’ll also post their fundraiser link in my highlights as well! Thanks guys! Let’s do our part to reclaim kindness and uplift each other!
Hello, my name is Brooke Cole and I am organizing this fundra… Brooke Cole needs your support for Support the family of little Amal to get a
Here's a message from the family:
In Gaza, where conflict looms over daily life, children’s dreams remain a ray of hope. Abdul Rahim, a young boy, dreams of becoming a famous artist, using his drawings to tell the world about the beauty of his homeland. Walid, on the other hand, dreams of playing football in a big stadium, representing his country despite the obstacles around him. Majdi, a cat lover, dreams of becoming a kind person and helping children. Majdi, who dreams of opening an animal shelter to care for animals in Gaza. Even in the midst of war, these children cling to their dreams, believing that one day, despite the difficulties, they will achieve their goals. Their dreams are not only about personal success, but also about shedding light on a world filled with darkness. These dreams symbolize the resilience of Gaza’s children, showing that hope and determination can survive even the most difficult circumstances.
In the heart of the ongoing war, Shaima lives with her four children, constantly struggling with pain and waiting. Her husband, who was once the source of security and happiness, left a long time ago, facing the challenges of war far from them. Every day, Shaima makes earnest efforts to keep life going despite the hardships. She strives to provide food and shelter while trying to instill hope in the hearts of her children, who are still waiting for their father’s return, a father they know little about other than his absence. Her four children, despite their young age, carry great hopes in their hearts. The eldest, who everyone sees as the "little father," dreams of their father returning to embrace them as he did in the past. The youngest, on the other hand, wakes up at night searching for his father's voice, wishing for his return to feel safe again. Shaima's dream is every mother’s dream in this war: for her husband to return safely so they can live together again in peace and security. She dreams of the days when her husband filled their home with joy, and she prays for the end of the war so their family can reunite once more. Yet, amid the destruction and tears, hope remains their strength. Shaima knows that her patience and resilience are what keep the family going. Despite the difficult days, she continues to resist, dreaming of the moment when her family will be whole again, with her husband and the father of her children back home.
Here in Gaza, we’ve been living in tents for ten months. There are no words to truly capture the depth of our suffering. 💔
Ask yourself: Could you live like this? Imagine yourself in our place—facing daily hardships with no escape. Can you adapt to a life like this? 😩
It’s not just the lack of a home. It’s the endless bombing, the constant danger, and the overwhelming fear that surrounds us 😭 We live in conditions that no one should endure: incomplete cleanliness, widespread disease, and an overwhelming struggle to survive 🍉
Words cannot fully describe the pain and suffering we face every single day. 💔💔
Please, don’t leave us alone. We need your support, your empathy, and your prayers now more than ever 🙏

Growing up I always watched movies, documentaries, tv shows and read books about atrocities committed by people in history and thought.. how did this happen and why did no one do anything? Why did governments not intervene? Why did public figures not speak out? How did they get away with it? it? Most importantly how did human treat other humans like that? Where was the compassion?
I'm ashamed to say that in 2024 I now have the answers. The government's gas lighting and complicity, the media dehumanising, ignoring and bias reporting, the huge companies funding and supporting, the public figures choosing to stay silent, the ordinary person pretending "they don't know enough" this is how we've allowed this to happen time and time again..
In the past we could forgive people for not having enough information, not having access to it, not being able to hear the stories of the horrors, to be able to see it with their own eyes..
In 2024 you can't pretend you "don't know enough" you can't pretend you don't see innocent children, men, and women being brutally killed by sadistic, genocidal leaders and their war crimes.. you can't ignore the 100's and 1000's of videos, images, stories and people who are telling you what is happening.. the sheer horror of images we are seeing.. you can't ignore the countless protests, discourse, conversations, posts, live feeds etc.. history will judge your inaction, your silence, your ignorance..
This is not a war.. this is a genocide.. this is massacre.. there are no sides..
Also please don't forget the innocent people suffering in Sudan and Congo they need our voices too!
