Kelly’s rape and abuse of young girls for nearly two decades. MTV, Vibe, the Village Voice, and the entire city of Chicago. So far, there’s little “new” or surprising info in this doc. Aaliyah and R. Kelly got caught having sex? Who among us was surprised that (illegally) married people had the sex with each other? Aaliyah was pregnant? Hadn’t heard it before, but surprised? Um. Likely consequence of unprotected sex which everyone assumed they were having. Everyone knew the stories about Kelly and GIRLS were pretty bad because we’re talking about a grown man abusing and raping children. The details are worse than even I expected. Also, I knew Kelly was married, but I somehow didn’t realize he was married, abusing his wife and still raping and abusing young girls. I always assumed his wife was in on it or turned a blind eye. She was a victim as well. Last thing, stop calling these young girls “fast”.
