He loves her so much he is willing to accept her having confused feelings for him and Tomás. I have yet to finish rewatch S1 and I have already lost count of the amount of times he has given her an opportunity to change her mind and choose Tomás instead. But she still comes back to him and promises that she loves him only for her to turn around and get possessive over Tomás.

The Leonetta moments are so good in isolation, but when you see Vilu disrespect her own relationship and bf to chase Tomás (a guy she supposedly doesn’t even want) it hurts so bad.
